Vacation Nature Coast ("we," "us") operates vacationnaturecoast.com and the short-term rental units at 634 6th Street, Cedar Key, Florida. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Booking information. When you request a quote or book a stay, our booking system (OwnerRez) collects your name, email, phone number, billing address, payment details, and the names of guests in your party. Payment card details are processed by our payment processor and are not stored on this site.
- Messages. Anything you send us by email or through a contact form.
- Site analytics. We use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to see page views and general traffic patterns. It does not track you across sites or build a profile of you.
How we use it
- To process and manage your reservation, send check-in instructions, and respond to your questions.
- To collect and remit Florida and Levy County lodging taxes as required by law.
- To send occasional updates about Cedar Key or our units if you've opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We share booking information only with the services needed to run a reservation: OwnerRez (our property management system), our payment processor, and, when a booking originates there, Airbnb or Vrbo. We don't sell your information.
Cookies
The booking widget on this site is provided by OwnerRez and may set cookies needed to complete a reservation. Our own pages don't set tracking cookies.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing vacationnaturecoast@gmail.com. We may need to keep booking and tax records for as long as the law requires.
